Make Selling Your Property Easier
The Key Benefits
Before Listing Your Property
If it comes to light, there are issues with your home, you can rectify them before going to market. Once the issues are rectified, we can update our report accordingly. There may be additional costs to update the report as another inspection may be required to verify the corrections have been made to the code.
A Key Selling Point
Your sales agent can show prospective buyers your home has had a recent Building & Pest Inspection. This gives the buyer the added assurance they are making the right decision to buy your home.
A Simpler Sales Contract
A buyer may elect to waive the Building & Pest Inspection clause in the contract because they have a current report on hand. One less condition in a contract is always a good thing.
Sell With Confidence
If a buyer elects to get their own Building & Pest Inspection, you know your home has been thoroughly inspected and there won’t be surprises.
Avoid Unnecessary Negotiations
Having a completely market-ready home removes the risk of a buyer circling back to renegotiate the price because of faults or worse…cancelling the contract. Ouch!
Inspection Reports to Sell Your Property Fast
Inspection reports can lead to confident buyers
There are two main areas you need to know about the property you are purchasing. Firstly a building inspection will report on the condition of the property to avoid any nasty surprises when it’s too late. Secondly, a pest inspection will go another layer deeper in discovering potentially costly problems with the property you’re about to purchase.
