This is a more holistic overview where the inspectors look at the car accommodation, any detached buildings and the appropriateness of the property itself. They also look at retaining walls, steps, paths, driveways, and general appropriateness of the fencing, particularly its loading. Most importantly, inspectors also try to understand the effectiveness of the surface water drainage.
